Location.
Acoustic isolation is awfull. So noise at night. The facilities are pretty old. There was no desk or chair. But the worst part was the staff knocking my door at 11:30AM to announce the checkout. What is that? Is this the polite way to treat the guests? Also the reception lady wasn't in the reception desk and the guest to make the checkin should call to a phone number. The lady came to make the.checkin ony after getting the phone call. If you are a foreigner, please don't to this hotel 1 star.
